Excellent staff. The service department is one of the best in the country. The will go above an beyond to get your car fixed and back to you as fast as possible. Chris Morrison is fantastic, I can’t aay enough for how great this place is. Excellent job!
Have owned a Jeep Grand Cherokee for two years and have had great luck with my service advisers. Larry was a great adviser but he has retired and i now deal with Darrick. Darrick took great care of me this week 2 days in a row and i am happy to be working with now.
My husband and I both bought our cars at Ourisman Chrysler Jeep & Dodge of Alexandria and we get them serviced there regularly. Great team of people, very professional. Highly recommend !
Drove a hundred miles to try and buy a truck from them that was advertised on the internet. After numerous telephone conversations confirming the internet price and that only tax, tags and prep fee world be added to that internet price this was far from the truth. The real price was $8000 more and rising. True BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! Buyers beware!!!! Very deceptive!!!!
My call at Ourisman was for warranty work. It was done within the time I was given.
