Service at this place used to be really bad, however they've turn that around and I have had excellent service there lately. Special thanks to Rafael and Harry Stein for their excellent job!
I came in for oil/lube at tire constantly 4 lbs below the other 3. Was out earlier than estimated with tire puncture fixed that had not been found by NTB. Thanks guys/gals.

This is the worst place ever. The service department lack customer service skills. When I looked up information on this dealership after my nightmare experience everyone is complaining about the same thing. Something needs to be done about this dealership it's definitely giving Chrysler a bad name.

My rating is only based on the service I received on 10/22. Got my van in, my service tec advised me it was a backup but declared he'd try his best to make sure I didn't have to wait too long. 2 1/2 hrs later I'm out. Yes it was a wait but I appreciate the candidness & compassion of the service tech. Now Customer Service in the payment dept..forget about it!!!!!!! Snarky, condescending and just plain rude.
