Just purchased my second Journey. As a mom, I really appreciate the Journey. It's full of options at a fair price. I've always been very pleased with the service department at Ourisman. We started bringing our Wrangler to this location when we moved about a year ago. For the new car I worked with Nevonne. I'd definitely buy another car from her. Think this is truly a horrible dealership they treated myself and my husband worst than trash today when we asked for some simple help. We have a four day old 54 thousand dollar truck and asked for the normal new customer walk through of the vehicle after explaining it was a new purchase and I was in the military and just drove it across country and noticed an oil leak. Spending my entire morning here just to get an oil change. No one's spoken to me, provided me any updates, and I've seen multiple people that arrived after me leave already with happy cars. I was quoted at 2-3 hours max with 5 cars ahead of me, we're now going into 3+ hours and I've counted 10 cars leaving. And your cashier/only service team member in the building is less than friendly playing on her phone at her desk. This has been a pretty terrible way too spend a Saturday.
Told me my vehicle needed breaks and rotors and quoted me price! Took it to Pep Boys and they did a break inspection. I don't need breaks! Another time I had work done at the body shop at Ourisman GMC in Alexandria, Virginia by Pat & Kim's team a few years back. Finally got my vehicle back a month later and they'd driven it! Kim swore his team doesn't drive the cars when I complained. But I wrote the mileage down when I dropped it off & when I got it back they had driven 1,200 miles!
