I would leave zero stars if it would let me. Bought a 2015 Golf TDI at the end of April 2017 when they were released again. They sold the car to us without working touch screen module and we were told to come back that following Tuesday, we'd have a loaner for the day and they'd fix the issue. Tuesday comes around, no loaner available, no knowledge of me coming in that morning..etc. After being an hour and half late to work, they are able to locate a loaner that was "tucked away." Great!
