Bought our 2nd Jetta from Randall Ely Friday night!! He and the rest of the staff at O’Steen are amazing! The fastest easiest car buying experience you will ever have. Took our other Jetta in the next morning for service and Alan thanked me for the new purchase! EXCEPTIONAL car buying experience. Heard from multiple people around Jacksonville that O’Steen is the place to go, so after getting the run around from multiple dealerships, I headed over to O’Steen VW and I am so glad that I did. We were immediately greeted by Marc, who made our entire experience perfect. There was little back and forth, they came to us with real numbers, were patient, and clearly genuinely love the VW brand. Where to start? John Allen in service is amazing, he gets the job done and makes sure that you leave feeling satisfied with the solution to your problem. Their waiting area is spacious and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
