By far the best experience at a service center, to date. Was out of manufacturers warranty but the team worked with me and I found out I have extended coverage. Was able to put me in a car over the busy weekend while they fixed my car, came to pick it up and it was waiting for me at the front door.

Chip is a stand up guy. Bought a Polaris Gem from this Dealership and when I got it home to Florida and drove the rest of the battery charge down I plugged it in and it wouldn't charge. When I called him with the issue he offered to take it back or pay to fix it. What?? Who does that. In the end we decided to keep it and he did in fact pay for the repair. If I could recommend just one dealership to buy from, this would be the one. We need more stand up businessmen like Chip in this world.
