I purchased a used vehicle (VW Passat) a few years ago from this team. It is an older car with older car issues. I have since moved and left the car to my college student, who is broke. Wow, what a refreshing car-buying experience. with my 22 year old son's current car unexpectedly "totaled" due to rust, we were forced to scramble this past weekend to find him a good used car. I have worked in the car business for the last ten years and am Now a stay at home mommy so if anyone has a chip on her shoulder when buying a car it's me! I went all over Jacksonville trying to find a lease that fit our new budget and these guys were amazing! No stupid addendum, reasonable fees and listened to what we needed. I was in and out with a new car in a couple hours with out any issues!
I am very pleased with my experience buying a Golf 2016. It was swift,fast, and was beyond my expectations. Marc Trice was the sales person who took care of me. He is simply AMAZING!
