Picked out a vehicle online, went to go look at it and received 0 help from staff. They were more concerned with talking/joking amongst themselves than helping a customer.
Cannot believe we have taken the car into the dealership twice this year about the AC cutting off, being told it's fine, and now our 2015 VW broke down in Orlando. I called this location because I was at a gas station,on E and I discovered that my gas tank would not open.I didn't know anyone else who could help. A guy named Dave in the mechanics department , attempted to talk me through getting my fuel door open. He even had me to send him pictures when I couldn't clearly explain to him what I was looking at.
