The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. When I bought my car last year, they were incredibly helpful and very laid-back. They let me take my time and debate and once I was ready to buy they even ordered in the exact model and color that I wanted. I honestly can't remember an easier, less painful car purchase. I've been in for service as well and that experience has been equally easy. O'Steen could improve by replying to emails which were sent regarding packages which they sold, I'm very surprised at this lack of customer support.

Needed a new gas tank and fuel pump, 2 tanks came from salvage yards which were not usable. Mike contacted the insurance company to request a new “new” one . He got the okay and it was delivered and installed. The new tank made us feel much better than something from the salvage yard. I have been with this insurance co. For 38 years, I will not mention their name but if something like this happens again I will not hesitate.
