Don’t waste your time coming here for service, folks! The good folks at O’Steen VW have had my vehicle twice for the same issue in the past two months, which resulted in me being without my car for over three weeks collectively. I arrived this morning to learn that they still can’t determine the source of the problem, claim there is no issue with all of the electronic systems despite extreme water damage from a leaking sunroof, and left dirty hand prints all over the alleged “replaced” headliner. very disappointed with the service service consultant was very unprofessional not curtious at all no eye contact made left vehicle there to get the inspection done got call back from him statimg its ready for pick up told the sevice consultant he can do oil changes as well for 10000 miles arrived ther 1hour35minutes after the phone call i asked the service consultant how long till my vehicle is ready he stated i just gave the mechanic the ticket after waiting there for another hour got my vehcile back drove home seen there i... read more
