RecommendedWhile visiting family in Jax (we were here from out of state), my battery light went on and my car needed to be looked at. Even though all appointment slots were booked, Mike was able to accommodate me and fit me in. I had to get a new alternator and additionally, a new tire due to a nail in the sidewall that had been causing a slow leak. Everything was done by the next day, and the car got washed too. O'Steen Volkswagen is an excelllent dealership to do business with because they go above and beyond to assist you with getting the VW of your dreams. Randall the salesperson was so helpful and considerate of everything that we needed in order to purchase our 2019 VW Jetta SEL. He took the time to show all the perks on the car. A gentleman named York who works there made sure all this could be possible too. We will not forget the kindness and professionalism at this dealership.

I had just moved to JAX and showed up at Osteen with an 03 Jetta that needed repairs on work done in another state. Osteen fixed it and billed the original shop! So when it was time to get a new 14 Jetta, Osteen was my stop. They took such good care of me, I went back again this week and got a Passat to go with my Jetta. I worked with Omarr, and he as well as the rest of the Osteen staff, brought the customer experience up a notch.
