Went to ortho Indy when my 5 year old hurt his ankle on a Friday evening. Went to one of there Urgent care sites. They refuse to Bill it to insurance as urgent care and insurance won’t cover it because they are now telling me they are a specialist. They need to be up front and not advertise as urgent care if they are not. So now I am stuck with a huge bill from them.
BE AWARE...if you go to OrthoIndy, every time you go into a different room, you see a different doctor and they file each room as a separate visit/claim so you get to pay many co-pays.

RecommendedHad an easy experience with Dr. Miller during my EMG test!!! Very quick! He was so friendly and caring during the testing! Such a nice man!
customer service sucks, tried to find needed paperwork for work and get nowhere may have to cancel my upcoming surgery.
I have been going 2 ortho in Greenwood 4 several year always had a good experience.....but went a few days.... ago because I go every 3 months...for medicine and checkup was told by my Dr he could not give me percocets which I been on for several years because I failed a drug test n June 2018 he also said he talked 2 me about it n December 2018...first I DO NOT do drugs second we never talked about it...i went 2 him n July September December and he gave me my medicine wrote my scripts for every month from June 2018 to Februa... read more
