I love Dr Randolf and his entire staff ! He has the best bedside manner and is upfront and honest. Wouldn't go to any other doctor.

I've been going to Indy Ortho for 5+ years and all their staff is patient focused. Ive had hand surgery there and am pain free and fully functional. I've had meniscus surgery with a very easy recovery. Next week I'm seeing one of their knee surgeons to see about replacement. Wouldn't want to go any where else.
It feels wierd saying "I love OrthoIndy' but if I have to have another procedure, this is where I'd want to go. I was in the hospital off of 86th Street. It was my second surgery. I arrived when told and they didn't waste any of my time. They posted on the board in the room who I need to talk to and the order they'd come in. I didn't wait more than 3-4 minutes between people. A wonde ful experience for both of us from start to finish! His surgery went perfectly. He is beyond happy as am I. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous and generally nice. Ordinary people!! Felt right at home.
Had both hip replacements and both went well. Staff very attentive and all information provided was clear and concise. I was pleased to be provided with a gluten free menu during my stay. Very satisfied with the level of service and I feel that the hospital is reasonably priced for the level of service they provided. Everyone I encountered was professional and well informed. Very pleased.
