My brother had shoulder surgery with Dr. Jeffrey Soldatis & it went better than he ever imagined. He never had to wait on appointments, he got in & out in no time. Highly recommend Ortho Indy & Dr. Soldatis.
My wife had her left hip replaced at 86th on Monday 6/12. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left we were treated with the best caregivers I have ever experienced. From Ruth at the front desk to Dr. Maar, Dr. Helms, all the RN's Laura, Selda, Jodi, Nickie and her PT, Kim and Olivia. I am sure I missed someone. I can't thank you enough.
I couldn't have been happier with my visit to OrthoIndy. I wasn't the patient, but everything was explained to my satisfaction, the staff was pleasant and courteous when answering questions, and the doctor, PA, RNs, and other medical professionals were at the top of their game. I never once doubted my wife would receive the care she deserved pre-, during, and post-op. Thank you all--she's got a little road to recovery ahead of her, but in the end it will be worth it!
My wife passed away 21/2 days after surgery. When I told OI, they stopped being friendly and helpful, and only their lawyers would talk to me. And their lawyers were not friendly and did not convey compassion - their agenda did not include me. Five days later someone called from OI to inquire how my wife was doing in her recovery. I have loved just about every doctor I've seen at OrthoIndy. I highly recommend doctors Scott Lintner for knees and shoulders, Heather Williams for wrists and hands, and Dr. Jasper for back injections. All of them really know what they are doing and take time to explain things well.
Hate the fact that I have to be here, but the nursing staff, as well as the rest of the people here, are absolutely wonderful. A hospital that truly cares about the individual.
