I saw Dr Farr for my knee and he has zero bedside manner and was rude. I asked to switch drs and was told no, that they would have to check with Dr. Farr first. Yeah, no thanks I'll go somewhere else where the drs are actually nice and care about their patients.

RecommendedStaff is always helpful and courteous. Doctors, nurses are kind and answer all your questions. It took my husband a year to find a doctor to even look at me. I had spine fusion at 16 and in 2003 kid hit me doing 73 mph others doctors would not touch my case. (I’m 58 now)All their doctors treat their patients kindly. I’ve even spoke to nurse waiting in room - when other medical professionals go to another practice you can’t do better than that!

I don’t recommend Ortho Indy Clinic, just wait and see a real doctor PA Amy was useless.

BE AWARE...if you go to OrthoIndy, every time you go into a different room, you see a different doctor and they file each room as a separate visit/claim so you get to pay many co-pays.
