The staff made me extremely comfortable and took excellent care of me from the moment I walked in. They seemed very compassionate and communicated well. They made my unfortunate situation so much better! Dr Thieken and his team were so amazing!! Thank you so much �
The people were extremely nice to my brother in law there. They went beyond what they had too. He had knee replacement done. The nurses on second floor were out of this world nice to us. He was in 212 right across from the nurses station. They went beyond helping my sister as she stayed there with him.
I liked the facility and staff is great at orthoindy south. I called orthoindy west to have them send a referral and an employee named Jodie was extremely rude. They should reevaluate having her answer phones.... very disappointed
