RecommendedHighly recommended...Dr. David Swartz did my first back surgery in 2005 which was an L4 and L5 fusion. 14 years later it progressed higher...went and seen a Dr. here in Lafayette for 7 months and got nowhere because i think my back was so bad he didn't want to mess with it ...so i went back to Dr. Swartz to see if he could help and he ended up taking out the L4 and L5 fusion and had to fuse L2,L3,L4, and take out 2 bad disc and put spacers in which was supposed to be about a 4 hr surgery that turned into a 7 1/2 surgery.
