On the first visit to the ER it was quick and proficient with great staff running a good operation (different doctor that day). On the second SCHEDULED visit we sat in the waiting room for 1:25 mins without anyone offering any apologies or information about how behind schedule they were. When I inquired at the front desk how much longer they shared that “Dr Barros is running behind schedule”. Yes, I realized that 1 hour and 25 mins ago.
