To begin my girlfriend has had nothing but rude/unprofessional interactions with the receptionist. ALL OF THEM! She has chronic back pain. They do not need to treat her like a number. She is a third grade teacher and a wonderful human being. She wouldn’t hurt a flea. Why treat any person the way they do?? She has been to the ER twice in 3 days due to a possible disc pinching nerves. They feel no rush in scheduling an appointment to see the surgeon. MRI results take days. Makes no sense! Patients need an advocate present when major life decisions are on the table. Spine surgery regardless of the invasiveness is serious business. Patients sometimes can't remember everything that was discussed or bring up questions about what has happened to them or what is being planned. Needless to say I do not approve and this will always leave me with a dim view of Ortho Indy.

This organization is the best. Great hospital. Great Doctors. Great nurses and staff. Dr. Gabriel Jackson is one of the best. Explains clearly and great care. So lucky to have him as my surgeon.
