I have been going 2 ortho in Greenwood 4 several year always had a good experience.....but went a few days.... ago because I go every 3 months...for medicine and checkup was told by my Dr he could not give me percocets which I been on for several years because I failed a drug test n June 2018 he also said he talked 2 me about it n December 2018...first I DO NOT do drugs second we never talked about it...i went 2 him n July September December and he gave me my medicine wrote my scripts for every month from June 2018 to Februa... read more

Wonderful, caring, sweet and great care. Many great Doctors and Dr Chan has taken good care of me for years.
Ortho Indy lied to us!! They told my wife that a procedure she needed was covered by our insurance. The insurance has now refused payment because they do not cover that procedure at orthoindy!! Now we have $5,000 in bill they expect us to pay. We will never use them for healthcare again!! We will see them in court!
They won't even release my records to the ER without me going into the office signing paperwork and then PAYING for them. Seriously?
110% LOVE this place! Every doctor I saw wanted to amputate my leg but when I came to see Dr. Brokaw he had me up and running in just six months time! Saved my life! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
From start to finish on my wife’s knee replacement was fantastic. Dr.Monesmith very informative and has great bedside manner. The staff was all very nice and made sure my wife was comfortable, didn’t bother her with waking her up every 45 minutes in her over night stay but kept A good eye on her. Thank you all
Dr. Poulter has no intention of helping anyone that he does not think is a worthwhile candidate. An athlete or somebody worthy of his life goals. Flat out said "I cant help you." I have had physical therapy, shots, radio frequency ablations and my back continues to get worse. Right after seeing him my back started slipping with irregular muscle spasms. I wear a back brace 24x7. He didn't even attempt any recommendations. He spoke mainly to my husband because I had reports, understood them, and asked questions.
