My daughter was diagnosed with Scoliosis in February of last year. We saw one dr who did not have a very good bedside manner, and was not very trained on this. So I scheduled with Dr Schwartz for a second opinion.. From our first appt we were hooked. He spoke to my daughter as she was a person and not a child. He made this entire journey a little less stressful. I highly recommend anyone that needs a service he offers to schedule with him.. I just had surgery there. Everyone was amazing! I have never been treated so well. They went above and beyond to make sure that not only I was comfortable, but so was my friend who took me there.
Terrible staff and overcharged is!!! Customer service extremely poor..

I have had several procedures over the years and I can honestly say that my experience at OrthoIndy was the best ever! All staff worked together as a team, everyone was very efficient and very pleasant! The entire experience went very smooth!
I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Osborne however I’m on weekly chemo therapy and after being there I woke up sick 😷 with something I picked up there! They really need to concentrate on keeping that place cleaned and sanitized all day long while people are in and out!
