They can’t keep their accounting straight. They submitted to my insurance and never heard back. I was even double insured. They never informed me that they hadn’t heard back from my insurance and then sued me 4 years later we’ll after the time where I could have submitted it. I am now having to sue my insurance company. I would never go back to them for anything. There are much better orthopedic specialist out there.

RecommendedI have been using orthoindy since May 2017. After having an mri at my local hospital they found a tumor the size of a football attached to my hip. It was dr rougraph who diagnosed it and gave me the outcome. I tell everyone to use this facility. Everyone is kind courteous and helpful. Their food is wonderful as well.
