RecommendedI was referred to Dr. Jackson by my PCP for an emergency visit, they made space for me the next day. Since then at all of my pre-op and now post-op visits both he and his NP Diane have always taken the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms. Not once have I felt rushed. I don't have enough praise for the NW OI hospital. Everyone there from the beginning we arrived until the minute we left were amazing. My surgery went well seven weeks ago and I'm recovering nicely. Thank you again!

RecommendedThe office is great and check-in is wonderful! Great processes for sure. I have had a positive experience with other providers in the facility before. However, the experience I had with Dr. Nicolas Jasper was very poor. He did not listen, care or show an ounce of compassion. Being brought to to tears by a physicians brashness is definitely a first in my experience. Hopefully, I can find a quick replacement.

Return phone calls after MRI is ordered. Actually see the doctor and not a physician assistant. Not have my results read to me by a receptionist. Try being professional.
