Had to have another surgeon correct the hip replacement performed by Dr. Hartzler. After 3 years of constant pain it turns out it had been off by about 3/8 inch. I lost 3 years of my life due to his mistake. Be informed.
Doctor and staff works together like a fine machine
Efficient check in and saw the doctor almost immediately. Dr Hartzler thoroughly explains each procedure and demonstrates a genuine commitment to helping his patients.
I am preparing for a knee replacement, so I checked with friends acquaintances and online and Dr Hartzler came highly recommended. I was not disappointed. He is thorough, answers all questions, and direct with answers, in addition to being friendly and professional. His staff is amazing- from the front staff to the assistant. Highly recommend.

I have been struggling with polio since I was 7 years old. Now in my sixties my knee had deteriorated to bone on bone and was very painful. I was afraid to have surgery because of polio but Dr Hartzler assured me all would be well. He did my surgery in October and straightened my foot which had bent over the years. The care I have received from Dr Hartzler and his team is amazing. My recovery is going on really well. I recommend this doctor to anyone who requires orthopedic surgery. You will not regret it.

Dr. Hartzler and his team were amazing. Surgery was great, very little pain. I knew I was in good hands. 5 weeks of physical therapy and back to work in 5 weeks. I am in zero pain now. I wouldn't trust anyone but Dr. Hartzler and Kristen if I needed another knee replacement. Thank you Dr. Hartzler for your exceptional skills and talent.
I had a right total hip replacement done just before Christmas of 2022, and it went better than I could have imagined. Between Dr. Hartzler, his assistant Kristen and the Oasis hospital staff, they had me in surgery, out of surgery, and in my room within a couple of hours.
