I was really nervous the first time I hadn't appointment, by the time I left I felt so much better, the whole knee replacement experience was awesome and I totally recommend this awesome team.
Appointments always thorough and on time. Sometimes like today I was in and out before my actual scheduled appt time.

Dr. Hartzler is a wonderful Doctor! My experiences with him and his staff are second to none. They are all courteous, professional, and take the time to explain your situation in detail. Let's face it. The doctor's office is not something you look forward to, however they make you visit as pleasant as possible.
I have had nothing but the Best service at this office. Beginning with the friendly front office staff. And the friendly and courteous Medical Assistant. I needed XRay on this visit and because of my knee pain, the tech was So Patient and helpful with me. And I saw Dr Hartzlers Assistant Kristin. Dr. Hartzler performed my first hip surgery in Jan 2019 and just completed other hip replacement this month. Excellent procedure both times and would recommend to anyone! Everyone in office was extremely helpful as well.
Dr Hartzler is the best! He listens, cares and has answers.
I've been with Dr. Hartzler for year's because he is straight shooter, great listener and never rushes through my appointments. He also remembers my personal and health history.
