Dr Hartzler and his PA Kristen were both extremely friendly and helpful in explaining my knee pain.

As always Dr Hartzler is absolutely an amazing not only doctor but human being. His ma Erica and his PA Kristen are also absolutely terrific. I also highly enjoy the front office staff is well. Dr. Hartzler is very good about answering all your questions and takes the time needed to make you feel good. I highly recommend him!!!!
Dr. Hartzler has quite successfully taken care of several bone fractures that my younger son endured so when I needed a knee replacement I returned to OrthoArizona and requested that Dr. Hartzler perform all that was necessary. Dr Hartzler and his PA Kristen and all the staff at OrthoArizona are the best in my opinion and I highly recommend them for their caring attitudes and the highest quality of the service provided.
I was apprehensive about seeing a new Dr, but Dr Hartzler put me at ease right away
I always look forward to my visits with Dr HARTZLER & Kristen, they are true and take the time to hear you and go over everything, at the same time be to the point. Wish I had more knees than two, couldn't say that before my first knee surgery, but they are a great team. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
I was a first time patient with Dr Hartzler and was impressed with his friendly, yet professional manner and his great common sense. He is easy to talk to and answers every question. Made me feel at ease and comfortable. Actually, the whole office is like that. Staff was super efficient and friendly. I was checked in, x-rayed, and spent quality time with Dr Hartzler and on my way home in about 35 minutes. 10 Stars for this Dr and the whole office crew!
Excellent customer service from everyone in the office. Staff and doctor were kind, courteous and professional.
The visit, with Dr. Hartzler and his PA was very helpful. I also had issues with my right knee which had already been replaced. I had e-rays, a shot and a blood test taken and will return for a follow-up visit.
