My wait time was minimal---Dr. Hartzler as always was accommodating in every way. I asked for an explanation of the procedure he was dong and he took time to explain exactly what he was going to do and how it would relieve my pain. Great Doctor --I do recommend to others.

Dr. Douglas P. Hartzler is the best doctor I have ever seen. I came to him in extreme pain. I thought my spinal fusion would have corrected my pain, it didn’t. Dr. Hartzler immediately saw my problem looking at my X-rays. Dr. Hartzler performed surgery on my right and left hips. Before seeing Dr. Hartzler I had lost hope that my pain would be resolved. I would recommend Dr. Hartzler. Dr. Hartzler and his staff performed replacements of both my hips 6 weeks apart. The process & communication through procedures was excellent. However the key element is how they all made me feel. They all cared.
The entire process from initial visit to post surgical follow up was flawless.
My visit with Dr. Hartzler today was, as always in the past, extremely satisfying. Of all the physicians I have had over the past thirty or more years, Dr. Hartzler stands out as the best of them all in terms of his competence, professionalistm, and concern for the well being of his clients. Because of my great respect for Dr. Hartler, I've referred my wife and many others to him as well as his colleagues, and all I've referred have been very pleased with the care they've received.
The office was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr Hartzler was helpful. He took the time to listen and to answer my questions. I’m feeling great!
As always Dr. Hartzler was very attentive during my visit and advised me of all my treatment options and made sure to answer all my questions on my treatment plan.
Dr. Hartzler is very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He listens to his patients which is very comforting. He makes sure the patient is comfortable with his treatment plan. He came recommended and glad I sought his care.
