After three weeks of surgery for total knee replacement and PT, both knees were feeling and working excellent. I was so happy that the pain was gone and I could resume physical activities.
Personal attention excellent doctor answered all my questions thoroughly. Genuinely cares about my quality of life.
It took a while for me to see Dr. Hartzler but he was well worth the wait. He is not only great in his profession but he is kind and considerate and takes the time to listen. Would high recommend him and his staff.
I didn’t see Dr. Hartzler for long, but he made sure his *new to me” PA, who I found to be so very charming as well as doing an excellent job. They looked at new X-Rays and decided the hip repair was still fine and my parts were still joined together perfectly. Another X-ray of my knees, showed age related arthritis and Christina (?) gave me a shot, which worked so well, I was off to play Pickleball. All in all a very pleasant and encouraging visit.
My experience was professional from beginning to the end. I love that everything, including X-rays, are within the same office.
Dr. Hartzler has been my ortho doc for a dozen years, but today I saw his Certified Physicians Assistant, Kristin Julius and she was terrific. She listened to what I had to say, asked important questions, gave me a diagnosis while showing me the X-rays and discussed treatment options. I would be happy to see her again.
Excellent caring doctor knows what he’s doing. Takes the time to review everything. can’t say enough good things.
