Professionalism and takes time to answer all questions
Dr. Hartzler and his PA Kristen were fabulous before, during and after my full knee replacement surgery December 2024. Additionally the multitude of staff involved at the Arizona Specialty Surgery Center were terrific. Grateful to have been in such talented and caring hands for all involved in my care. Thank You!
De. Hartley assessed me and determined surgery wasn't needed. He recommended an injection and continuation of PT. Some docs are so ready to do surgery. I'm glad he isn't surgery driven.
The P.A and Dr Hartzler were efficient and polite. Both were knowledgeable and informative.
3 years ago in New York I had a total knee replacement. It was never right and did not bend all the way. Moved out here and found Dr. Hartzler who did X-rays, examined my knee and asked me to come back for another visit. What I felt so good was the fact that he didn’t immediately say he can fix me. He studied my X-rays and actually thought about it. My next visit we discussed major surgery and what we felt would be the best route to get my knee working as I am 47 years old. Dr. Hartzler has a keen awareness of the kinds of disabilities veterans like me seek care for. He’s compassionate and thorough.
So down to hearth and just a wonderful provider. Office staff are so up beat, polite and efficient!
I have been a patient of Dr Hartzler for 8 years. He answers all my questions and I never feel rushed. You can always trust his advise. Despite the fact I'm there for a medical problem always an enjoyable visit. I'd also like to add the whole office staff is excellent!!
