Dr. Hartzler listened to me and heard my thoughts about my condition. He gave me lots of uninterrupted time to explain my issues. He gave me exactly the information that I hope to hear; exactly what was my problems and his expert opinion of how to move forward! A very down to earth explanation which I clearly understood; just the honest facts with a compassionate and caring attitude. I would recommend Dr. Hartzler and I would return to see him again.
He takes the time to understand the issues and look down the road to determine the best course of treatment.

I had removal of plate and hardware in right leg with Dr.Hartzler. I had a break in femur and had had a total hip replacement 14 years ago by another physician. I was experiencing pain and increased difficulty bearing weight. Dr Hartzler felt plate was the cause not the hip replacement. He performed the surgery and was spot on about his diagnosis. From the first time I met with Dr. Hartzler he was very kind and honest. I wish I had seen him sooner instead of wasting time and money on knee injections.

Having Dr. Hartzler as my Orthopedic specialist is the best health care provider decision I have ever made. He listens to and understands patient concerns. Any decisions on care that need to be made are made jointly. Dr. Hartzler is truly focused on his patients.
Dr. Hartzler diagnosed my recent joint concern (knee) efficiently and provided excellent advice. He successfully repaired my Achilles a year ago and recently fixed my wife's ACL. Both operations were successful and we've had with great results. I highly recommend him and his staff.
I really appreciate Dr. Hartzler for his knowledge, his demeaner and his fun sense of humor. He and his awesome staff made me feel welcome, comfortable and well cared for. I am NOT easy to please when it concerns my healthcare. I have super high expectations of medical personnel and I HIGHLY recommend this office.
