Orleans Ford is my car store. They have excellent sales and service employees and I'm happy to have purchased and have my car serviced here.
I have had a Lincoln MKT for the past 6 years and LOVE the car but needed a major repair. Went online and found out Orleans Ford had a 2015 with low mileage on it's lot. Went to Medina and drove it, signed the contracts and went back the next day for pick up. Michael was a doll to work with, sales team were great. Would definitely go back for another car.

Nick was great. Roger the driver was excellent to. I came all the way from Florida. Very friendly and professional staff. The only thing that could of been better is to provide me with the mats that came with the car. As shown in the picture. Somehow they went missing. This is why you didn’t get five stars. I should not have to purchase them. No one even offered to get me the correct mats. I would purchase again from you.
I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a car. Orleans Ford offers the most for a great price.
I've been looking for a Mustang and they showed 23 in inventory. Every time I inquire about one it amazingly just sold! Total bait and switch B.S.

This is the only place where you will actually ENJOY buying a new truck!!
