Most pleasant internet purchase EVER! Orleans met us at the airport and drove us to the dealership. Salesman Aaron knowledgeable on the truck and took the time to show us all the options. Never a 'I don't know' or 'I will have to ask my Manager'. Relief that the Dealership does not practice pushing 'upsaling' on warranties, insurance packages, services that you likely will never need or use. Ask for Aaron - he is fun, knowledgeable and not pushy.
Great selection, prices and service. Salesman, Kevin Frasier, was excellent!
The service area was clean, the employees friendly, service fast and efficient.

Everyone here was so nice and accommodating. After a bad experience at a different dealer, I was almost ready to give up on Ford. But this place changed my mind! I got a great truck at a good price and am super happy with my purchase. The financing took a longer time than expected, but only a minor irritation in the grand scheme of things. They even sent me a thank you note, and my salesman followed up with me to make sure I was happy. Great customer service!

I just got a 2015 Ford Escape a few weeks ago from Orleans Ford. Only 12,000 miles! It is in great condition. I live an hour away from the dealership, but went to Orleans Ford because they seemed to have the biggest selection of Escapes and the best prices.
