Very happy with service and impressed with knowledge our salesman, Ricky, had about the trucks we looked at. There was no pressure to buy or lease, just good information which allowed us to make the decision best for our situation. Highly recommend this dealership. They were recommended to us by my brother, who has bought from them numerous times.

I was very happy with the responsiveness of Orleans Ford. I emailed them over a holiday weekend and they got back to me as soon as they opened on Tuesday. By Thursday they had appraised my trade-in and we had a deal made for my new truck. They even searched for the best interest rate for me on my loan, which beat any rate I had found on my own. Took my Edge in for the safety inspection. Didn’t have to wait long at all. Service Dept are very respectful and care about their customers. Great to do business with!
Went in Saturday morning for NYS inspection and the works oil change. Mike and Tom were their normal friendly selves. My F-150 was in and out in a flash! They reviewed the service report with me and their were no issues that needed to be addressed at this time. Thanks again guys!

I bought a new car yesterday a 2017 Ford Escape titanium. I bought it from Orleans Ford out in Medina. Yes it’s a drive. But I bought my last car from there. These guys are great. There mechanics are great and yesterday Dominic DeCarlo was my sales guy. He is awesome. He was patient and he spent a lot of time with me. Lol I am not always easy to please. I can not recommend these guys enough. Again yes it’s a drive. But it’s definitely worth it. They are fair and they are for the customers. Orleans Ford you rock.
