This dealership was phenomenal!! We have been looking for a specific car and been dealing with several dealerships, one was Brandon Ford in Tampa Fla. worst car experience EVER!! Others, one in NH, just Eh. Orleans Ford, so accommodating to every whim imaginable! Last week we purchased a 2016 Fusion. Sales process was extremely low key and low pressure. Our salesperson Ricky made everything easy for us. It was well worth the drive. I feel like we got a great car at a reasonable price. Left the dealer with our "new" Fusion feeling happy, not like we'd been run through the mill. Orleans Ford will be my first choice in the future!!
Purchased my 'new' 2017 Ford F-150 4X4 last night with the help of Don Pritchard. He made the sale seamless and speedy from the initial emails to greeting us at the door after our 3 hour trip up to Orleans Ford. Truck was as described in ad and ready for test drive.
