Very dissatisfied gave me lowest book value for my vehicle ! Went to competition and gave me a lot more for my trade and worked with my financial institution!

Back on 12-15 my wife and I traveled to Orleans Ford to check out used cars. Larry Bruning could not have been more helpful. He stepped right up to pinch hit for the salesperson who we had an appointment with. Very courteous and professional. Provided us with information and answered all our questions. No pressure here! Took us out as we test drove two vehicles. We ultimately decided on a 2017 Ford Escape SE. Larry handled all of the details very effectively. Well done!

Sales department was great but the service department is absolutely horrible. I strongly do not recommend this dealership as they do not stand behind what they sell.
