Service and Parts departments are top notch and do an awesome job maintaining my car.
From start everything was a mess, 3.5 hours waiting to get my vehicle that was scheduled to pickup, charged me 1000$ more than was specified in paperwork which was sent and had check in hand from my credit union for the total amount the sent. I have many issues with my vehicle that were not addressed nor cared to fix them even when I brought vehicle back a week later. Just picked up my new 2017 Ford fusion for a steal! not only am I a total cheap skate but I've never purchased a vehicle this new with this few miles on it and it was super easy quick and painless. everyone made sure I was informed and knew how to operate the vehicle. I picked it up the day after I looked at it. I absolutely recommend this dealership and all employees are wonderful!
