Bought a 2016 Mustang Convertible in Feb of 2017. It had 10,000 miles on it. It spends 6 months in the garage so I have driven it less than 10,000 miles. The in dash stereo is now gone out and when I took it in they told me my three year warranty was up 45 days ago. Charged me $115 to run diagnostics and then dropped the bomb that a new stereo would be $855. They didnt call Ford for me, I left the dealership livid. Drove 4.5 hrs to pick up my Mustang and did 99% of the deal through the phone to include trade in appraisal. My salesman Justen Gruber worked with me and we were able to get this deal done through the phone and texting. I drove up I checked my Mustang and it was better than I expected as they had thrown in a new set of tires for me. they checked my trade to verify the info I provided then I signed the papers and away I went. Excellent way to purchase a car given that all parties involved are trustworthy.
