Thank you to Tom Flower and Orleans Ford, who identified an issue with an oil sensor in my camper that had been missed by 2 previous technicians before I left Texas. The issue was expertly diagnosed and fixed, easily and quickly, once I reached Medina. Great work!

The service was impeccable was probably a 1/2 hour process special thanks to the salesman Dominic and Sam the GM no doubt will be doing business again and I recommend anyone looking to put this into consideration.!

My husband bought a 2016 Ford SHO from Cory 2 yrs ago and had a wonderful experience!! Now it was my turn to get a newer car! Living an hour away I thought I could find a good deal in my area, nope! We called Cory an by the end of the week I was in a 2017 Ford Taurus limited. Joni was wonderful too, did most of everything over the phone. Best car buying experience so far!

I just bought a 2015 fiesta ST from orleans ford and couldn't be happier. The process was easy and rather enjoyable at the dealership and they gave me max trade in value on my old vehicle. This is the second car we've bought from them and will continue to do so, they have taken great care of us!
