The service department guys are the best there is, in my experience. They took care of my problem within 40 minutes as I was a walk-in without an appointment. I arrived with a Back tire that only had 6# in it and needed attention. They found the problem, plugged the hole & didn't charge an inflated rate like many other places do. I purchased my Jeep Cherokee there a year ago. Very satisfied with the service I've received for regular maintenance as well!

I was looking for a vehicle and knew an old work Buddy sells cars. I texted him to see what he could do. At first i went used and wasn't able to get approved because of length of credit history. I told him it wouldn't work out but he didn't give up on me because he knew somehow someway he was going to be the one to get me my first car. First time buying a car through Orleans Ford was today. We purchased a Ford Fiesta. Our sales consultant Ricky Brady was so helpful and courteous from start to finish. Joni the finance person was amazing and so helpful too and even laughed at a few of our jokes. We felt like they were old friends. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
