I normally wouldn't drive nearly 3 hours unless it was a great deal, but Orleans Ford had the vehicle I was looking for at a fair price. They were responsive to my inquiry and my sales person, Dominic DeCarlo, was no pressure, pleasant to deal with, and well informed. That sealed the deal. Will consider the drive again when it comes to needing my next vehicle.

Id have to say they were really helpful to answer all my questions. I came on a friday and it was quite busy, they kept me informed of what was going on with the deal and made me feel comfortable. I would have given them 5 stars but their "detailing" department left something to be desired...
