8 years ago we went to Orleans Ford for help with a warranty issue with a Ford Focus that one of the big Rochester dealers couldn't get resolved. Had a very easy experience buying from our salesman Dom. Test drove a couple and made the decision to buy the same day. Was in and out with our new car in just a couple hours. No high pressure sales techniques, and everyone was very pleasant. Would recommend visiting if in the market for a vehicle.

Just drove 200+ miles, test drove the truck we came for just to be told it was already sold. Not only is it wasting our whole entire day but my 6 month old cried the whole time to get there, and we even had the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
