Had a great experience at Orleans Ford. Was looking for a Ford Escape Titanium, found a few to choose from with low miles and great prices. Dominic DeCarlo and Joni were a pleasure to work with . In just a few hours drove away with just what I wanted and felt that it was a very fair deal. I had done my homework and got for my trade-in exactly what I expected.

Sandy and I made our first visit to Orleans Ford this week and had a Great buying experience. We worked with Erin who was very knowledgeable of the product line and ended up bringing our C Max back to Penn Yan this week. Definitely worth the drive folks.
First time customer there for my 2014 escape a few months back. Took it in for first service recently and the folks were fantastic. Got it back when they promised I would, with an explanation of what they did, at a reasonable price. Can't beat that.

Purchased multiple vehicles from Rich at Orleans Ford and I highly recommend this dealership. Honest staff and service that treats you with integrity and like you are family. I was looking to buy a SUV but i was still in the 'research' phase. I would stop at different deelsewhere, chat with sales person to see what they have & run numbers. I stopped at W3st H€rr and they gave me an absolute sh*t deal. Couple days later i stopped at Orleans ford. Met the sales guy Michael. Great sales guy! Needless to say, i left with a SUV that day! Do ur research but stop at this place before u accept that "great deal" elsewhere.
