I made a purchase of a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Orleans Ford on Saturday and it was a great experience from beginning to end. My wife and I went to test drive a 2014 Ford Escape. We liked that we were able to take the vehicle for a test drive without the sales person accompanying us--it gave us a chance to look over the vehicle and examine it without feeling pressured. Overall we had a positive experience with the main negative being that we went on a Monday and despite a room full of salespeople and only 1 other customer there at the time it took forever for them to actually get all of the paperwork in order. They wanted to sell my friend a truck with a branded title. They would not negotiate on price, probably because they are buried in the truck. They were asking 35k for the truck and told them they could get 38k at auction (lie). They then proceeded to tell me that there are only 232 2014 F-150s with those specs in the country and they were the 3rd cheapest (lie). If you don't own the vehicle correctly, that's your fault, but don't tell two lies to defend your screw up and try to talk over someone. Don't go here, this dealersh... read more
Great service! Purchased a new Mustang from Orleans. Had an issue with convertible, I was fixed and rolling in 5 minutes. Another dealership offered a 3day wait for repair and sublet the work out. Orleans is awesome :)

Just picked up my new 2016 F350. This is the 5th truck I've bought from Orleans Ford. World class dealership, worth traveling to. I am surrounded by 5 other ford dealerships yet every time I'm in the market for a new truck, I always end up going back to Orleans Ford in Medina. I bought a new 2016 Mustang V6 with Automatic on 7/05/16. Took it for a test ride and didn't want to beat on it so took it easy. I believe in breaking in a car according to the manual. At about 300 miles on it I took a drive down Rt.63 where there are some hills. That's where I noticed vibration at anything above 55 mph. Took it in for service and they indexed the drive shaft. Didn't help. Took it in yesterday (7/27/16) for new drive shaft. Service person said mechanic took it for a drive and it was fine for a Mustang. It's ... read more

I bought a 2013 Used Ford Flex. The car is a bit unusual to find with all the bells and whistles that come with the Limited unless you live in California where they are very popular. The sales person, Jason took his time going over the car with me. The sales manager worked with me on accessories I wanted. The loan department had me in and out in 15 minutes. All-in-all, a very good experience.
