Worst experience and being new owners even worst. They are good to take the money and convince you but when is related to their gifts they cannot even help when there is people working and administration , nobody help me. I took time from job, coming from and 1 hr and half away from the resort in kissimmee for nothing.
It's a big beautiful resort! The staff are nice. The food is good! And the villas are big and spacious and also really nicely decorated! I love it so much I became a member!

Worst experience I have had in along time not only is the pool down for maintenance the customer service is so horrible have called for two weeks to get my deposit back spoke to one of the rudest women I have ever seen today.... if you want to get ripped off or deal with horrible customer service go there!!! Will never stay at this location again....
Very nice resort plenty to do
We stayed in the clubhouse. Rooms are small, but sunsets over Orange Lake were beautiful. Pool, Breezes restaurant and bar are very nice. We have been Holiday Inn Club members since 2010 and it has allowed us to stay at many beautiful resorts!
Beautiful Pools. Huge Zero Entry for kids; separate adult pool. Bar/Food on pool deck!
