Nice place and huge area and facilities but lot of insects and home pests The tour for timeshare was aweful and so much boring. They promised to return back security deposites paid during checkin on 24 August 2018 for two villas. Yet nothing returned.
Great updated floor plans with the units. Orange lake is city itself where you don’t need to leave there property.

We are currently staying at Orange lake. Out of the 9 years we have been coming here this is the worst one yet. We were put in a room right by construction and were woken up at 6:45 to beeping. When I would call to complain I would be told they had no other rooms available. So the next day I call again. At this point my mom is ready to go home back to Illinois. Muy buen lugar para estar en familia
The resort transportation was good but would have liked to have been able to rent a golf card the room was very clean and fit all of our need for a family of 7 that’s kinda hard to do! The in laws said it was the best vacation they have ever been on.
We checked in to the resort yesterday as we were evacuated from our home in N.C. from the storm. As we wake up this morning we found two bed bugs in one of the beds I called down to the office at 7:45am to let them know she told me she would call pest control and they would be on the way. Me and the rest of my family headed out to magic kingdom as my mom had to forfeit going and stay behind to wait on pest control.
