The place is amazing but i am Just little frustrated and disappointed when we arrived to check in it takes almost one hour before everything fixed and get checked in. And the room we stayed in Villa are little smelly.
We have been vacationing with Holiday Inn Club Vacations for 10 years as guests. The rooms are clean, up to date, plenty to do on resort, and very friendly staff members (including maintenance). Food was good, espciacally the dessert. The 90 minute tour/sales pitch wasn't terrible but that was because we were very up front with my husband's health so it was more relaxing to just be shown around than feel pressured like the previous time. My fiancé and I experienced the worst treatment and disrespect ever during the tour. I have reached out to management over 3 times and still have not received a call back. I have now reached out to my lawyer to help resolve this issue.
Had a blast with family and friends this past weekend!
Beware of their timeshare presentations! They will not let you out of there! You must stay there 3 hours to get your deposit back!
Astounding!! The golf course is immaculate!!
We love it here. Great for families and friends to relax and enjoy all the fun things. So much todo at this resort. The lazy river at River Island is our favorite. Friendly staff!
