The staff is so very polite and they are always helpful and the Hotel is very clean!!! I definitely would recommend this hotel to other people !!!
Sadly I’m a owner who was shown one unit but my first visit the unit is nothing compared to the model. We were moved to a different unit and had to check out the original unit I was told it was renovated and that was a lie. We return to the original unit. The dryer stop working. Customer service is horrible any time i ask about any concern such as the dryer I was cut off and could never get a estimated time for anything to be completed. We had an awesome time. Great place to stay!
First time ever being at this location and will be my LAST!! This place has done things incorrectly since we have arrived. Online we booked a one bedroom villa with full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit. Get to check in and the front desk puts us in the “clubhouse” with a kitchenette and no washer and dryer. Went to ask for the proper amenities we paid and booked with, and the reps say “come back tomorrow, we will look then.” Get into our room last night, bed smells like someone ran a mile and laid in it, the pillow cases had s... read more
This is an excellent family oriented resort!
I enjoyed our stay here. The only downside is they tried to charge foe late checkout.
I loved it !!! So much better than Westgate Resort so much to do and the room was gorgeous!!! We will be back ! 🤗
Fun and convenient. Lots to do on-site. Great location to hit up restaurants, grocery stores, and amusement parks. Great service.
