Great experience in our 4 days vacation here!!!!!
Too many positive things to say about this resort. I wish I could live there. If you go there I would recommend a top floor so you could watch the fire works from your deck or the comfort of the living room every night coming from I assume Disney World. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I LOVE THIS RESORT, EVERYTHING IS CONVENIENT! EVERYONE IS SO NICE����
We had s very good time. The Staff are Excellent . I think it should have less expensive amenities. The villa we were in was nice, but it’s nothing like the ones they showed us during the tour. Would I recommend it to some one YES! But you better not buy anything prices are times the amount then the stores. Oh and when you do take a tour and they offer you a voucher you have to spend it there on the site..

The Villa was very nice! The customer service was exceptional! Everyone staff member was genuinely kind and professional. The only reason why I can’t give this rating a 5 is because while my villa appeared clean for the most part. It was extremely dusty! From the headboard to the dressers and side tables in every room. The shower floor was full of hair that did not belong to me. The blanket on my bed was dirty and when I called the front desk I was assured it would be taken care of.
