I'm an owner and love the place but I wanted to spend more time with my family than on a sales room. I went to celebrate my birthday with my kids and some of them have to leave earlier since they have to work on Monday. I was told it was only an hour and I spent over 3 hours and the guy won't let me go till I buy more points. I told him that me and my husband are elderly people and we live in social security and its being hard lately but he just wanted to sell us more points. amazing place to stay - i recommend being upfront & bold with the sales counter during check-in because they are extremely pushy with their 90 minute tour and almost seemed like No wasnt an acceptable answer. After the inital offering was declined no one bothered me or the family for the whole week. Highly recommend eating off-site as all the restaurants are mediocre compared with other restaurants just outside the security gates! Love this place. Pools great, staff very friendly. Ignore all the bad comments. The sales staff are only trying to earn a living. Just say no. Then they leave you alone. X
We arrived today to the property for first family celebration vacation. Check in was a breeze and Shirley from Lobby was great! Then they send you to “Vacation Station” so you can pick up your parking pass for the week and this gentleman named “Josh” was the one who starded assisting us! Love the resort, hate the pushy sales team. The latest tactic is to force owners to obtain parking permits from the team who try to coerce you to attend a time share sales pitch. Check out trip advisor for multiple negative reviews on how pushy they can get. On a plus note - The staff onsite are great, and our son loves the fun team at swampys!

We were upgraded from a 2 queens to a 2 bedroom apartment!! No Charge and it was beautiful! Everything we needed and more! Very spacious! Excellent �
