We've been coming here for years thanks to my brother and his wife before we bought in 9 years ago. We always enjoy our stay because there are many things to do on grounds and other attractions are close too. The people here are amazingly friendly including other vacationers and the staff. What a wonderful family oriented place!
I'm from Mexico City... We really enjoy our staying there. We don't have enough time to enjoy all the facilities and amenities at hotel because our focus was on visiting paks (Disney and Universal), but the time we spent at hotel was wonderful.
This is the BEST PLACE EVER!! We love coming here every year!!!
Got in at midnight and they assigned us a villa. When we woke up we discovered our back patio faced a highway 192. The noise from the highway is overwhelming as well we are right next to a wooded area and there is garbage strewn all over. I will take a picture later. We went to try and get another place, the receptionist was very short with us and said she would change us but there would be a 175 room cleaning charge. I really did enjoy the Orange Lake Resort..... However, when we were asked to talk to you about "becoming an owner" we said yes because we were told it would only be 90 minutes. We said we would come listen. This 90 minutes turned into 4 hours that my friend and I couldn't get back and our vacation was only 2 and a half days. VERY DISAPPOINTING especially when we told them numerous times we couldn't afford now and that we we're here for only a very short amount of time and wanted to take some time to enjoy the resort. The person named Gabby representing New York when we checked in, is not friendly at all. She doesn't great you, nor even look at you, very unpleasant, it makes you feel like she will give you the worst unit in the resort. And guess what? I was right! Building 87600 is extremely dated, the carpet is very filthy & doesn't looked like it's been washed for months. That building needs to be upgraded.
I highly recommend this resort to anyone that is traveling to Orlando on vacation with their family. Plenty of activities and very close to the airport and all the parks. We will definitely be back.
